Healthy homes - it’s the final countdown

By 1 July 2025, all rentals must meet the healthy homes standards. This is the final deadline for private rentals that haven’t yet had to comply. 

If you’re a landlord, and still have some work to do, use our tools and resources to help you. 

Landlords are responsible for making sure their rental properties meet the standards and continue to in future.
